High-Volume Seasons (Holidays / Special Events): Handling windows may occasionally stretch up to 5 business days during peak periods.

Shipping Rate: We apply a flat $5.99 delivery fee to all purchases, regardless of destination.

  1. Transit Timeframes Because YANCHEN™ items originate from specialized fulfillment partners, arrival times vary depending on the destination.

Region Estimated Transit Time United States 10 – 15 Business Days Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days Rest of World 15 – 20 Business Days Arrival windows are estimates rather than rigid delivery guarantees.

We appreciate your patience — premium skincare formulations and careful transit require time.

  1. Shipment Tracking As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will get a confirmation email containing your tracking code.

Keep in mind:

Tracking details can take 1–3 business days to activate after label generation

If logs do not change instantly, your items remain actively moving toward you

  1. Import Tariffs, Customs & Taxes International shipments operate under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

Consequently:

Any applicable local customs fees, import taxes, or duties are covered by the buyer

YANCHEN™ is exempt from liability regarding customs processing delays

Import tariffs remain rare for standard personal care items, though legal requirements differ globally.

Once items pass into active fulfillment, changes or cancellations can no longer take place.

Impaired Items If your delivery arrives physically damaged:

Forward clear photo proof within 72 hours of receipt so we can dispatch a complimentary replacement.

Lost Shipments If the courier formally verifies your package as lost:

we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
